Bio: Dominic is a specialist in IP, IT and technology matters. His practice is non-contentious, advising on transactions involving the development, licensing and transfer of IP and IT, and the outsourcing and procurement of IT and technology.
Having spent over 7 years in Slaughter and May's TMT & IP group, Dominic has also built a significant practice advising on the IP, IT and technology aspects of major corporate transactions, such as M&A, joint ventures and investments.
Dominic is part of Olswang's Open Source Unit, and has recently spoke on current open source issues at legal summits in London, Montreux and San Francisco.
